The Formal Euphoria website went online on this date.
Project Overview

Formal Euphoria is a web-based system for the completion of paperwork, without the use of paper. It allows administrators to electronically create forms, which users can then fill out, digitally "sign", and submit to the other necessary signators.

Some of Formal Euphoria's features:

  • A dynamic form generation system for administrators. Beginners can make use of software wizards for quick and easy form generation, while more advanced users can specify their forms by hand for greater precision.
  • A hierarchical user permission system, so users only see the forms that apply to them. In an organization with thousands of pieces of paperwork in dozens of different depratments, Formal Euphoria saves time by limiting a user's access to unneccesary forms. The system can scale to be as simple or as complex as an organization demands.
  • Easy search features for administrators, to scan through old forms. Save time over leafing through filing cabinets!
  • E-mail notification to users, that someone has requested their signature.
  • Exports virtual forms to printable format, for organizations that feel safer with hard-copy backups.
  • Digital "signature" technology ensures that the signatory parties really have reviewed and assented to the form in question.
  • An easy-to-use interface for basic users, to make it as self-explanatory as the paperwork it's designed to replace.
  • A flexible web interface; accessible from any computer with a web browser.
  • An additional drag-and-drop form creation tool for use on Windows computers.
  • Compatible with several major database systems, to adapt easily to your existing system.
